We are currently seeking a UX and Technical Marketing Lead to join our Marketing team in Wichita, KS. This role is responsible for managing both digital and non-digital experiences while handling technical challenges that arise.

A successful candidate will have:

  • Proficient in visual design, interaction design, and UX best practices.
  • Strong technical and analytical skills
  • Experience in website management, email marketing, and workflow automation
  • Knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, SEO practices, web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics), and AI and machine learning
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively

Essential functions of the role:

  • Increase marketing division efficiency by outlining and optimizing workflow processes.
  • Perform attribution modeling and customer sentiment analysis across touchpoints, with support from the Data & Analytics team.
  • Oversee and manage website fixes, workflow automation, and enhance user experience across all bank interactions, both digital and non-digital (e.g., branch interactions, customer service touchpoints).
  • Translate empathy for user needs, emotions, and behaviors into designs and interactions that resonate with users.
  • Develop, manage, and optimize automated marketing campaigns, workflows, and sequences with techniques such as segmentation, personalization, and A/B testing to enhance customer engagement and retention.
  • Address various technical challenges as they arise
  • Other duties as assigned within the scope and responsibility of the job
Requirements
  • Bachelors in Information Technology, UX/UI Design, Marketing, or related field required
  • Experience in digital marketing, website management, email marketing, UX/UI design, and technical solutions required
