Your Role: Team with the business and technical staff to deliver solutions and improve functionality to facilitate business opportunities using the Agile software development methodology.

• Demonstrate and apply software engineering skills in appropriate programming languages on the appropriate platforms, mainly being the Microsoft Power Platform
• Integrate purchased applications
• Provide support and maintenance for existing applications.
• Participate in activities related to agile software development methodologies
• Collaborate with Key Stakeholders from the business, working closely with Product Owners and Product Managers to deliver value against roadmap
• Apply lean thinking and tools to identify and eliminate waste in all areas of the position.

Role Specifics:

• Schedule - Some nights and weekends with on call rotation to support business needs
• Travel - Occasional overnight travel to internal and industry events. Must have ability to travel independently as needed, without restriction by all modes of transportation, including car, plane, or train

We Need You To Have:

• Bachelor's Degree in applicable field
  or equivalent Dot experience

• Practical experience working in Microsoft Power Apps.
• Advanced understanding of business processes and practices.
• Strong business analysis, project management and communication skills.

We'd Like You To Have:

• Demonstrated ability to evaluate value add and opportunity cost
• Experience in leading problem-solving teams (8 step, Agile, Mappings, etc.) and driving results.
• Lean Practitioner Certification.
