ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS & RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Repairs and preventive maintenance to be performed in conformance with established standards. Assist in formulating preventive maintenance standards / work procedures while performing those duties and provide work order feedback on discrepancies noted in service delivery.
2. Remove and install equipment, air, water, pumps, racks, hydraulic lines, etc.
3. Fabricate wood crates, skids, etc. and metal components (hangers, materials carts) as needed.
4. Maintain parts washers on monthly PM's.
5. Maintain fuel pump, flywheel, rod and, turbo carts on quarterly preventative maintenance schedule.
6. Maintain VSPC cabinets with bi-monthly filter changes and repair / replace ventilation fans as required.
7. Repair property damages such as drywall and concrete.
8. Respond to Customer needs in a timely manner.
9.Must be able to use hand tools on a daily basis such as power tools (hand grinders, saws, impact wrenches, drill press, and hydraulic pullers), and rigging equipment. Also perform welding, using a cutting torch as required.
10. Employee will perform any and all other duties that are assigned by the responsible supervisor.
