Overview

Finance Leader for the Bill of Material (BOM) and Inventory Forecasting team. This Finance Leader will be responsible for a team of analysts that forecast and monitor the bill of material and inventory budget for each Boeing Program.

This position will report to our Finance VP, Boeing Programs and work closely with the Supply Chain team.


Responsibilities

Responsibilities:

  • Manage a team of individual contributors responsible for the financial oversight of purchased parts, internal make parts, and raw material expenditures, including physical inventory.
  • Timely consolidate and analyze financial data including budget, forecast and actuals reconciliations, period-to-period variance analysis, and cost deviation with variance explanations for the bill of material and physical inventory.
  • Drive improved business insight, through financial metrics, to drive organizational accountability and performance.
  • Support reviews and present data in cohesive reports that provide understanding of the financial inputs, clear communication and provide guidance on operating decisions.

Qualifications

Requirements:

  • 1+ years in a Finance Manager or related role
  • Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, business, economics, math or related field
  • Strong people management, intrapersonal, and communication skills (written/verbal) with ability to communicate effectively with all levels of management
  • Self-motivated, results-oriented, with strong intellectual curiosity
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Ability to manage projects and tasks that require cross-functional coordination
