The Manufacturing Maintenance Manager will install, maintain, and repair internal factory equipment. They will supervise employees who perform maintenance and tool making. They will develop an operational year plan for the own manufacturing activities and suggests improvements in products, processes and procedures.

As a Manufacturing Maintenance Manager, you will be responsible for:

  • Ensuring that equipment and tools are in good condition for use. Propose plans for preventive maintenance and corrective action.
  • Exchanging data and information interaction concerns and also improvements in products, processes and procedures.
  • Handling standardized manufacturing processes. Guidelines for choosing the right actions. Processes and procedures are frequently updated by other functions and have to be implemented in the department.
  • Leading a small manufacturing unit or a part of a bigger unit with a budget > $ 1.5 million.

Feed your passion

To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college (or a high school diploma / GED with at least 7 years of experience in Manufacturing) with at least 4 years of experience in Preventive Maintenance and Facility Management within a Manufacturing setting.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Effective interpersonal and leadership skills.
  • Proven analytical and organizational ability.

Desired characteristics:

  • Familiar with local government regulations to serve as liaison with various government entities.
