As we continue to expand our impact, we're seeking a talented individual to manage the lifecycle of various IT projects - from approval, oversight, issue and escalation management, through to implementation. In this role, you'll be instrumental in ensuring smooth project execution and delivering exceptional results. This sounds exciting to you, then we'd love to hear from you!
What you'll do:
  • Take the lead in crafting detailed project plans, prioritizing portfolio, product prioritization and implementation
  • Assess and balance various project factors such as size, complexity, cost, urgency, risk, and value to make informed decisions
  • Builds, leads, and coaches diverse project teams throughout project lifecycles
  • Facilitates all operational checkpoint activities throughout the lifecycle of projects
  • Assesses and resolves all high priority project risks as they are encountered
  • Ensures all projects adhere to project methodology compliance standards
  • Facilitate LEAN process improvement projects as assigned
  • Communicate project status updates to stakeholders, leadership, and steering committee
  • Ensures all projects meet success parameters and ROI targets
  • Enforces project and process standards as set by the PMO
Experience you'll bring:
  • 3+ years of experience in project management
  • Experience working with various project and portfolio management tools and methodologies (e.g., MS Office including Project, Sharepoint, and Visio, ServiceNow, PPM, Agile/Scrum methods, ASAP/waterfall)
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Self-starter with strong self-management skills
Bonus Points:
  • Evidence of successfully managing diverse project teams (e.g., outsourced, multi-vendor, or geographically distributed)
  • PMI - PMP and ACP
