Task Order Lead (TOL)

Fort Leavenworth, Kansas

Summary:

The TOL is responsible for Contract and Contractor performance under this TO, with primary place of duty at the NSC. The TOL has full corporate decision-making authority to rapidly respond to TO requirements. The TOL is the principal point of contact with the Government Leads and COR for all technical requirements in the TO, directly supervises the Site Leads at each Installation and is responsible for all program requirements across the contract (e.g. negotiating and approving changes to the TO, taking all actions necessary to ensure TO compliance and proper performance of all work assigned, and authority for managing on-board personnel, and acquisition of additional or replacement personnel as needed). The TOL is available during normal operating hours within 45 minutes of notification to meet in person or by phone with the Government site leads, and/or the PCO/COR.

Qualifications:

*Bachelor's degree
*Battalion or higher command assignment, or equivalent FA57 assignment
*Three (3) years Program Management experience over a contract with similar size, scope, and complexity, within the last 10 years.
*Three (3) years of experience, within the last 10 years, with military gaming and/or simulations.
*Graduate of CGSC or ILE (MEL 4), Senior NCOES or equivalent, Senior Service College or equivalent military schooling
*Be a US Citizen
*Possess a SECRET Clearance
