Job Summary:

Looking for a Talent Acquisition/Recruitment Internship? CAMP is currently in search of a proactive, organized, and enthusiastic Recruitment Intern to join our dynamic HR team! CAMP Systems' internships offer a unique opportunity for talented individuals who are eager to gain hands-on experience in their chosen field. Our interns work on real projects that contribute to the success of our aviation clients around the world.


Responsibilities:

  • Assist with the coordination and scheduling of interviews with candidates, ensuring a smooth and efficient interview process.
  • Research, identify, and compile a list of career and internship fairs/events for the company to participate in.
  • Assist with registration and preparation of upcoming recruitment events and fairs.
  • Screen and review incoming applications and resumes for candidate suitability based on job requirements.
  • Post new job opportunities on various career sites and job boards in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Assist with sourcing candidates for various positions through multiple channels.
  • Provide administrative support for various HR initiatives as required.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of our recruitment strategies and intern program.
  • Other duties and projects as assigned.

Requirements:

  • You are currently in the junior or senior year of college, working towards a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field of study.
  • Interest in pursuing a career in Human Resources and/or Recruitment.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong communication abilities, both written and verbal.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality regarding sensitive HR and company information required.
  • Enthusiastic and willing to learn with a professional demeanor.
  • Prior experience in an office or HR setting is a plus, but not required.
