Provide business leadership in support of the 737 Program.
Responsible for managing the day to day business requirements that support the program including establishing the program cadence and structure; coordinating the baselines and associated change activity for program's integrated master schedule, finances and resources; reporting, visibility, and communication of strategic and operational program activities necessary to achieve defined program objectives and business plans; supporting the implementation of program management standards and best practices.
