Kansas Children's Service League is looking to hire a full-time Data Coordinator in Wichita, KS. This position earns a competitive wage of up to $21.63 per hour and works a Monday - Friday schedule with occasional evenings and weekends.

JOB SUMMARY

The Prevent Child Abuse Kansas (PCA-KS) Data Coordinator is responsible for compiling, entering, and reporting PCA-KS program data for Crisis Nursery, Kinship, Parent Engagement, Family Resource Center - Wichita, Outpatient Mental Health, and 1-800-CHILDREN.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS

  • Data Entry & Management
    • Tracks and report all data related to Crisis Nursery, Kinship, Parent Engagement, Family Resource Center - Wichita, Outpatient Mental Health, and 1-800-CHILDREN programs.
    • Works closely with PCA KS Supervisors to ensure data is timely and correct.
    • Works closely with grant evaluators to ensure information is provided timely and as requested.
    • Performs data entry and other database functions related to designated program information.
    • Monitors the accuracy of entered data and makes corrections.


EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

Required

  • Bachelor's degree in social services, Human Services, Public Health or related field or one to three years of relevant work experience
  • Highschool Diploma or Equivalent
  • Ability to work independently and take initiative.
  • Schedule, organize and effectively manage multiple projects while working on a deadline.

Preferred

  • Experience working with databases and data management.
  • Experience working with DAISEY, IRIS databases.
  • Experience working with a variety of evaluation tools.
