Job Description

WellSky is seeking a Sr Contracts Analyst. This role is responsible for the coordination, production, and administration of the contracting process by preparing and tracking contracts, order forms, amendments, and other negotiated documents.

A day in the life!

You will be responsible for the following:

  • Preparing, reviewing, and drafting contracts, order forms, amendments, and other negotiated documents
  • Managing and tracking the administration of all contracts, order forms, amendments, and other negotiated documents
  • Communicating and working with internal stakeholders to ensure accuracy of and adherence with terms and conditions
  • Drafting and formatting letters, memorandum, and other documents
  • Maintaining electronic forms and all appropriate paper and related files
  • Performing other job duties as assigned

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field
  • 4-6 years related work experience

  • Willingness to work additional or irregular hours as needed
  • Working in accordance with corporate and organizational security policies and procedures
  • Performing other responsibilities as assigned
