Job Description
Responsible for developing learning strategies, frameworks and standards that meet business objectives, leveraging teams and individual skills to create and deliver quality content and programs.

Responsibilities

  • Learning Strategy: Develop and execute comprehensive learning strategies for Software Engineering, DevOps, and AWS public cloud hosting workforces suitable for a distributed workforce across the United States.

  • Program Management: Ensure and oversee launch of fully functional deliverables on time, within budget, and within agreed-upon scope

  • Collaboration: Partner closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure understanding and collective buy-in on solutions and approach.

  • Content Creation: Create engaging and effective curriculum, communication and change management materials to inform, engage, and motivate employees to embrace change.

  • Evaluation: Implement assessment mechanisms to measure the effectiveness of learning programs and adjust strategies accordingly.

  • Change Management: Develop and implement change management strategies and plans that maximize associate adoption and minimize resistance to the DevOps model and AWS public cloud transition.

Qualifications

  • Experience: Minimum 6 years in learning and development with experience delivering learning and development programs and projects at scale with demonstrable business results

  • Strategy Development and Operational Delivery: At least 3 years' experience ideating, building, and delivering learning and development strategies and frameworks.

  • Instructional Design: Demonstrated application of adult learning principles and instructional design practices resulting in engaging, interactive, and effective learning deliverables.

  • Communication: Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.

  • Adaptability: Ability to adapt learning strategies to evolving technological landscapes.

Preferred

Technical Expertise: Proficient understanding of software engineering principles, DevOps practices, and AWS public cloud concepts.
