Job Summary/Objective
Customer Service Associate Expectations
Daily tasks include, but are not limited to:
* Process mail, deliver mail, scan in/out packages and deliver mail/packages.
* Package and process Shipping
* Run Postage meter.
* Lookup and sort Mail.
* Help resolve customer concerns/issues
* Administrative services/assist in reports using excel and assisting manager with monthly reports.
* Lift large bundles of mail and make mail deliveries
* Handle time-sensitive material
* Perform duties and special requests as assigned by the manager.
* Maintain accuracy of required reports, logs, and measurements
* Ensure adherence to business guidelines, safety & security procedures
Required Qualifications:
* Minimum of 1-year customer service-related experience required
* Ability to resolve customer concerns/issues
* Ability to communicate both verbally and written with customers and company personnel
* High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required
* Ability to effectively work individually or in a team environment
* Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
* Strong organizational and administrative skills required
* Computer proficiency in email environments, MS Word/Excel
* Heavy Lifting up to 50 lbs.
* Ability to adhere to company's policies and procedures
* Ability to maintain a safe work environment.
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
* Ability to assist on the dock and deliver packages.
Preferred Qualification:
* Prior Mail or previous Shipping/Receiving experience.

Performs the data entry function to update automated records; verifies accuracy of work.
"The pay range for this position is $13-$14 per hour; however, base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Bonus opportunities may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the position offered."
