Position Summary

This is a Key Person position at the TPO-C, National Simulation Center, Fort Leavenworth, KS in support of the National Simulation Center (NSC) Support Operations (SO) task order under MTCCS II IDIQ. Trideum is seeking the best-qualified individuals for its upcoming bid in support of this task order. The expected award and start work date is March-April 2024.

This position is contingent upon contract award.

What You'll Do

  • Provide full-time, on-site supervision of the JLCCTC contractor support team in support of the TRADOC Proponent Office for Constructive Simulations (TPO-C).
  • Provide constructive simulation and Mission Command System technical expertise and leadership in support of requirements analysis/development, planning/staffing/execution of JLCCTC integration and validation test operations, user site technical support visits, and ITADSS (Instrumentation, Training Aids, Devices, Simulators, & Simulations) program support.
  • Oversee test case development and submission of PTRs resulting from JLCCTC validation and assessment events.
  • Supervise help desk operations and coordinate cybersecurity requirements, compliance, and support.

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in a technical associated discipline.
  • 7 years of experience as a JLCCTC simulation technician.
  • Experience leading technical teams and Army training simulation exercise design and management; knowledge in JLCCTC software development, VV&A, networking, Microsoft Windows, Linux, and virtualization.
  • Expert knowledge in setting up and operating JLCCTC, VV&A, analysis, troubleshooting, PTR writing and analysis, help desk support, problem-solving capability, and an ability to brief JLCCTC status and issues to TPO-C and senior personnel.
  • Experience in linkages with other services simulations, federations, and partner systems.
  • IAT II (Security+ / OS Cert)
  • United States citizen
  • Active TS SCI Security Clearance
