We are looking for a dynamic Capture Manager with an entrepreneurial spirit. The ideal candidate will be passionate about winning over customers and driving new business growth through innovative engagement strategies.
The ITA Capture Manager is responsible for identifying, qualifying, and capturing new business opportunities for the organization, with a focus on the US Air Force Marketplace. This role leverages ITA's subject matter expertise, data analytics, and technology to craft solutions to meet Department of Defense requirements. It involves leading cross-functional teams (Operations/Technical, Pricing, Recruiting, HR, Contracts/Subcontracts, etc.) from the initial opportunity identification through proposal submission while briefing ownership and senior executives in accordance with ITA's gate review process.
Key Responsibilities:
This position helps to define long-term organizational strategic goals, build key customer relationships, identify business opportunities, proactively pursue these opportunities, negotiate and close business deals, and maintain extensive knowledge of current market conditions. The candidate engages with existing and potential new customers, traveling roughly 25-50%, to understand their challenges and determine how ITA's capabilities might assist them in meeting these challenges. They are required to meet clients often, making presentations on solutions and services that meet or predict their clients' future needs.
