Position Summary:

Must be able to train on 1st shift 8a-4:30p at least 90 days

Milacron is looking for an Industrial Maintenance mechanic 2nd or 3rd Shift to join our team in McPherson, KS. As a Maintenance mechanic you will be responsible for...

Work You'll Do:

  • Install, relocate, replace, maintain, or repair production machines and assets.
  • Ensure all contractors and employees work and comply with plant safety procedures.
  • Interior upkeep of building and as needed.
  • Monitor machine performance and perform preventative maintenance and updates to assure continuity of production.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor.

Team:

You will be a part of a team of approximately 3 Maintenance Technicians providing coverage for all 3 shifts.

Basic Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or GED is required.
  • 1-3years of related experience or training; or a combination of education and experience
  • Basic math skills required
  • Must be able to drive a forklift or company vehicle. Requires valid state driver's license.
  • Preferred Qualifications:

  • Technical school w/certificate is preferred.
