What you'll be doing:
We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled individual to lead the development and execution of our go-to-market strategy for a specific line of business (Culture & Engagement) within our overall brand portfolio. This strategy should align with our overall organizational brand positioning. In this role you will work closely with sales, business development and support teams to create compelling marketing campaigns and digital assets, produce materials to aid in acquisition & retention efforts, lead the creative direction and development across multiple types of media, design effective sales collateral that will optimize profitable growth, and provide strong project management. Additionally, you will be responsible for ensuring that all marketing materials and campaigns are visually compelling and aligned with the brand's overall aesthetic.
