Job Description
Specialist I, Social Media Care

The Specialist I, Social Media Care is responsible for the successful daily resolution of guest issues, both directly through contact with guests, and indirectly through providing support to theatre managers.


Job Description
Monitor and address guest issues through social media and other channels to ensure guest issues are resolved in a timely and effective manner.

Monitor and manage department email inboxes.

Minimum Job Requirements
Minimum experience requirements:
  • Internal applicants: 1-2 years AMC theatre level customer service experience
  • External applicants: 1-2 years multi-unit above the store customer service experience
  • Excellent guest service skills, including a full understanding of service recovery technique
  • Advanced proficiency in using social media tools
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to listen, communicate and effectively work with guests who are extremely upset
  • Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information in a professional manner
  • Effective follow-up skills and attention to detail to ensure guest contacts are handled completely and in a timely manner
  • Proven creative problem-solver
  • Ability to maintain a positive and professional demeanor when handling frequent, challenging guest situations
Position will pay $18/hr non-exempt.
